I find this to be the easiest way to get M to DRINK her vegetables (and fruits). I juice 1 whole pineapple with 1 bunch of kale (about 6 stalks) . It is delicious and easy to make.... it makes 3 BIG glasses.... When M asks what the green "thing " is i just tell her : IT IS KALE (like it is the coolest thing in the world:)) and that it will make her really healthy and strong... but honestly you will not need much convincing...it tastes SO good! |
